COWBOY'S STORY
Cowboy is a stray found April 3rd in the Sawtell area of West LA. He was found underweight and with a worn harness on that was too small it almost had to be cut off. - all efforts have been in motion to find possible owners, including posters, social platforms, nextdoor, local vet outreach and registered as a lost dog.
